Stuart is one of the most well respected corporate finance advisors in the region, with over thirty years corporate finance experience.

Prior to jointly founding Isca Ventures, Stuart was responsible for establishing and directing Ernst & Young’s corporate finance lead advisory team in the south-west region. Before this role Stuart held senior positions within NatWest’s corporate team in the UK and US.

Stuart is currently a non-executive director for four businesses across the region with turnover ranging from £12m to £206m.

Guy Eggleton

Guy is a well known regional corporate finance advisor, with a career incorporating ‘big-four’ and wider practice experience.  

Guy is a qualified chartered accountant and has twenty years corporate finance experience, including that gained with Ernst & Young's corporate finance team and, more latterly, as the partner responsible for corporate finance within a medium sized regional firm. 

He enjoys building long term relationships with owner managers and as lead adviser has managed transactions ranging in size from £1m to £100m.

Mark Champion

Mark is a founding partner of Isca Ventures and has advised on corporate finance transactions for over twenty years, including company sales, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions. Mark qualified with EY and held senior positions within their corporate finance teams in the UK and Australia. Prior to founding Isca Ventures he was part of three management buy-outs at a director level, exiting these through a company sale, AIM stock market flotation and a secondary management buy-out respectively.  Mark continues to act as a NED within a few well recognised companies in the region.

David Bird

David is one of the most well respected financiers in the region, with over thirty years' banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Isca Ventures, David held senior positions within the corporate teams within Santander, Clydesdale and Barclays. He has a passion for working with owner managers and helping their businesses achieve their growth aspirations. David leads the Debt Advisory team at Isca Ventures, with a focus on fundraising, refinancing and the provision of specialist debt finance. David is also on the Board of The Heart of South West LEP and Trustee of The Exeter Chiefs Foundation.
