Credit Reporting Agency, which manages international credit reporting and comparison websites, has undertaken a secondary buy-out and raised growth funding.
Credit Reporting Agency is an operator of UK and international online credit reporting and comparison websites. Its portfolio includes checkmyfile.com, which provides the UK’s only multi agency credit report and was the first website in the UK to give consumers online access to credit reports.
This secondary buy-out has enabled the management team to own the majority of the business.

Isca Ventures acted as lead corporate finance advisors within the transaction, with funding provided by Santander Growth Capital and legal support from Michelmores.
