Buy-Out of iOutlet
James Green Ltd (which trades as The iOutlet) has been purchased by its management team, with funding from Santander Growth Capital. The iOutlet is one of the UK’s leading multi-channel retailers of refurbished and pre-owned technology, having sold close to £100m worth of products to date. The business has a well-established range of online platforms attracting both retail and wholesale customers.

Funding was provided by Santander Growth Capital. The management team were advised by White Jackman and the founders were advised by PKF Francis Clark and Foot Anstey. Isca Ventures provided transaction support services within the transaction.
