OWNERSHIP REMAINS IN LOCAL HANDS AFTER BRADLEYS GROUP MANAGEMENT BUY-IN
Bradleys Estate Agents Limited is the largest independent estate agency in the West Country, providing estate agency, lettings and associated services.
The group was founded in 1992 with the vision to provide the complete property service and since then has established a quality reputation in the market, expanded its service offering and grown to over 30 offices across the region.
This transaction will ensure full ownership remains in the management team’s hands and enable retiring shareholders to leave the business.

Isca Ventures acted as the lead corporate finance advisors on the transaction, with funding provided by NatWest Structured Finance and legal support from Michelmores and OTB Eveling.
