Recresco is one of the UK’s leading material recycling companies and was the first to sort glass by colour, and the first to take glass sourced from materials recycling facilities.
The funding will allow the purchase of the Ellesmere Port site from Peel Ports and secures Recresco’s long term future on the site while allowing the company to develop its operations further.
Recresco’s growth strategy also incorporates upgrading existing facilities and investment in high-tech plant machinery.
