Mark is a founding partner of Isca Ventures and has advised on corporate finance transactions for over twenty years, including company sales, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions.

Mark qualified with EY and held senior positions within their corporate finance teams in the UK and Australia. Prior to founding Isca Ventures he was part of three management buy-outs at a director level, exiting these through a company sale, AIM stock market flotation and a secondary management buy-out respectively.  Mark continues to act as a NED within a few well recognised companies in the region.
