Isca Ventures is pleased to announce that it has initiated the acquisition of Isys Group Limited for its client Capita plc.
Isys Group is a workforce management software solutions company, specialising in all aspects of time and attendance systems, workforce scheduling, HR systems and employee screening.
The company has also developed an ID verification software solution, Intelligent Identity, which provides electronic ID verification to allow organisations to remotely authenticate the identity, age and status of an individual enabling them to engage, communicate and transact with customers in a safe, responsible and compliant manner.
Isys Group has over 500 national and international customers in sectors including banking, global facilities management and online gaming.
