Isca Ventures LLP advised the shareholders of Pipex px on the sale of the company to NOV Fiber Glass Systems a division of National Oilwell Varco Inc.
Founded in 1984 by Alan Smith, Pipex px is a leading designer, supplier and manufacturer of advanced FRP composite and thermoplastic products based in Plymouth.
National Oilwell Varco Inc (NOV) is an American multinational corporation based in Houston, Texas. It is a leading worldwide provider of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations.
