Luxury residential park home and holiday lodge manufacturer, Pathfinder Park Homes has been acquired by Stately Albion.
Pathfinder is one of the leading park home and holiday lodge manufacturers in the UK, operating from its purpose built manufacturing facility in Devon. Pathfinder has developed a market leading position in the design, manufacture and supply of luxury and bespoke park homes and holiday lodges, it supplies a number of the UK’s leading park operators and has won numerous industry awards over recent years.
Stately Albion is also one of the leading park home and holiday lodge manufacturers in the UK, head-quartered in South Wales. Stately Albion is also Europe’s oldest park home manufacturer.
The transaction allows the Pathfinder owners to hand the business over and enables the business to continue to provide its services to customers in an undisturbed manner. Bruce Macdonald will remain as the Managing Director of Pathfinder. The consideration and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Isca Ventures acted as the lead corporate finance adviser on the transaction. Mark Champion, Partner at Isca Ventures, said “Stately Albion were the most logical acquirer for the Pathfinder business, there was a strong cultural fit and the transaction ensures Pathfinder can continue to flourish in a larger group.”
White Jackman provided legal advice to the Pathfinder shareholders. Stately Albion were advised by Price Bailey (financial) and Birketts (legal).
