Camel Glass, a specialist glass and frame supplier based in Cornwall, has acquired EWS, a specialist glass and frame supplier based in Devon.
Isca Ventures acted as the lead corporate finance advisers to the founders and shareholders of EWS, with legal support from Bertram Fairbanks. PKF undertook the financial due diligence.
