Isca Ventures announces the successful completion of its most recent trade sale, acting as lead advisors to the shareholders of Digi Security Limited on its sale to Chubb Fire & Security Group Limited. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Chubb is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of US-based United Technologies Corp, which is a leading provider to the aerospace and building systems industries worldwide.
Chubb is a leading provider of security, fire safety solutions, and monitoring and response services for businesses and industries across the UK and Europe.
Devon-based Digi is a specialist provider of security solutions across the UK and Europe, with a focus on IP digital technology, remote monitoring and technical guarding solutions.
