Sheffield-headquartered distributor of specialist building products SIG Plc has announced the acquisition of Devon-based United Roofing Products for an undisclosed sum.
United Roofing Products manufactures metal roofing sheets, supplying direct to consumers and agricultural customers, as well as into the trade for industrial and commercial uses.
Pinsent Mason advised SIG Plc on the acquisition.
